We are excited to launch a new citizen engagement platform, Gilbert 311, which will now allow you to report quality-of-life issues and request Gilbert services. With the free Gilbert 311 mobile app and web tools, you will now be able to provide our staff with pictures, videos, descriptions and more to help us fix a variety of issues, such as potholes and streetlight outages, across the community.
Gilbert 311 not only allows you to report problems but also to view, comment on and vote to fix problems submitted by your neighbors. You can even create your own “watch areas” to receive notifications about all of the issues reported in your neighborhood, enabling you to follow the progress of all service requests — not just the ones you report.
